Thought on thoughts

When the mind is flooded with thoughts it seems difficult to pin down all of them.
Each one of us in our life faces this;
maybe, because every day we all are in the rat race of offering “something new” to the world. Do not try to stop your thoughts, let them flow. The ones which are plausible will get registered. Observe if it happens with you also.
Each thought
will have an emotion attached to it. The emotion you are high on will create a chain of thoughts connected to it. Thoughts also refer to a person's belief system. Thoughts or thinking is connected to cognition and that is why thinking is to be channelized.
Thoughts can be
chaotic, nasty, highly intelligent/ donnish etc. I have observed one thing that when I start noting down my thoughts they simply vanish.
