सादा जीवन, उच्च विचार

“सादा जीवन, उच्च विचार।  यही है जीवन का मूल आधार।। जिसने इस मंत्र को अपनाया।  भविष्य अपना उज्जवल बनाया।।’’ अर्थ – दिखावे से दूर रहकर सादगी से जीना और अच्छे, विशाल तथा पवित्र विचार रखना ही असली मानवता है। ‘सादा जीवन, उच्च विचार’ – संतोष और सुख की खान है। एसे जीवन और आचरण में जो आनंद, सुख, संतोष, सरलता और पवित्रता है, वह कृत्रिम, ऐश्वर्यशाली और उलजन भरे जीवन में कहाँ। लोभ-लालच, ईर्ष्या, द्वेष आदि सभी दुर्गुण सरल जीवन के शत्रु है। हमारे धर्मग्रंथों ने हमेशा सरल जीवन जीने की शिक्षा दी है। आज के जीवन में जो असंतोष, मारामारी, व्यर्थ की भागदौड़, तनाव, रोग, शोक आदि जो है, जीवन में सरलता के अभाव के कारण ही है। अतः हमें अपने जीवन में सादगी अपनाकर उच्च आदर्शों का पालन करना चाहिए। यही एक सफल, सम्मानित और सुखी जीवन की कुंजी है। “जीवन जितना सादा रहेगा, तनाव उतना ही आधा रहेगा । ” भूमिका भट्ट हिंदी अध्यापिका राधिका एडयूकेयर स्कूल

Have you ever said, "I can't do this," "I'm not good at math," or "I'll never be able to learn that"? Most of us have. When we face something difficult, it is easy to feel discouraged and give up. But what if one small word could change the way we think about challenges? That word is "yet." Instead of saying, "I can't do it," try saying, "I can't do it yet." Suddenly, the sentence changes from a dead end to a possibility. It reminds us that learning takes time and that improvement comes with practice and effort.
